Job description

We are seeking a high-performing sales leader to serve as our VP of Sales. This individual will be responsible for building, leading, and executing our SMB sales strategy. As a key member of the senior leadership team, this leader will partner closely with leaders across the business to define and execute go-to-market initiatives and scale a world-class sales organization.

This role is required to be in office 5 days per week in our Lehi HQ.

What you will be doing: 

  • Own and execute the sales strategy that will transform Small Businesses with AI agents.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales organization, including leaders and individual contributors.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform our broader strategy to win the Home Services vertical
  • Attract and retain top sales talent.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship in strategic selling, pipeline development, forecasting, and deal execution.
  • Partner with the cross-functional leaders to define and implement a winning go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth goals.
  • Guide key strategic deals and lead complex negotiations.
  • Develop, track, and manage sales forecasts, goals, and key performance metrics.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting at the rep and team level.

What you should have: 

  • SaaS sales experience required.
  • Strong background in SMB outbound sales.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, including experience "leading leaders." 
  • A proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams and organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and sales plans.
  • Proven ability to train and develop talent.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive decision-making and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
