Vice President / Senior Vice President of Operations

The Vice President of Operations (VPO/SVPO) is a senior leader with direct accountability for academic, operational, and financial performance across a region of campuses. This role owns student success, NCLEX performance, retention, and campus level execution, while building strong leadership teams and driving consistency through disciplined operating models.

This is a hands-on role for a decisive operator who enjoys leading through complexity, improving performance, and developing high impact leaders.

  • Own performance across multiple campuses, including NCLEX pass rates, retention, and student outcomes
  • Build, assess, coach, and upgrade Campus President talent
  • Establish clear ownership, operating standards, and accountability rhythms
  • Diagnose underperformance and lead targeted interventions, including talent and process changes
  • Use data and dashboards to identify risk early and close performance gaps
  • Personally engage in struggling campuses to reset execution and leadership alignment
  • Own P&L performance, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Partner with executive leadership to deliver enterprise priorities and cross functional initiatives
  • Oversee campus operations, facilities, and compliance
  • Resolve escalated student issues and address root causes to prevent recurrence
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold internal standards
  • Foster a student first, mission aligned campus culture

What We Need From You:

  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in upper management
  • Proven success leading multi site operations with clear accountability for outcomes

Base salary range of $180,000 - $210,000 USD commensurate with education, experience, and relatable skills. This position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 25% subject to the achievement of individual and company performance goals. Opportunities for professional development.
