VP of Asset Management

Our client, a $20B+ real estate firm, is seeking a VP of Asset Management to oversee asset and portfolio level strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-department collaboration to support capital planning, project budgeting, and asset performance tracking
  • Oversee financial planning and analysis for a portfolio of commercial assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and return-on-investment assessments
  • Manage lease underwriting and renewal forecasting in coordination with acquisitions team
  • Support strategic financing efforts and assist in the preparation of related reporting and analysis
  • Evaluate and support partnership and joint venture opportunities
  • Serve as the liaison between operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and compliance with funding requirements
  • Manage a mid-sized team responsible for delivering actionable insights on asset performance
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to support ongoing strategic and reporting initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience including leadership experience in areas such as investment banking or private equity
  • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and reporting
