Legacy Management has been retained to lead a confidential search for a Vice President of Operations on behalf of a growing, multi-service operations organization. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced operations executive who can help scale the business, strengthen operational discipline, and drive performance across multiple service lines.

About the Opportunity

The Vice President of Operations will serve as the senior operational leader responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of service lines, including parking, transportation, facilities management, janitorial services, security services, and mobility consulting. This role is designed for a hands-on, strategic leader who can bring structure, accountability, systems improvement, and scalable processes to a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead daily operations across multiple service lines and business units

· Oversee multi-site performance, operational standards, SOPs, and service quality

· Manage P&L performance, budgeting, cost controls, financial reviews, and KPI reporting

· Partner with senior leadership to improve profitability, systems, technology adoption, and operating discipline

· Serve as a senior escalation point for clients and key stakeholders

· Lead, develop, and hold accountable department and business-line leaders

· Support growth initiatives, service expansion, and client relationship development

· Preserve a family-oriented culture while strengthening expectations around performance, deadlines, and accountability

· 10+ years of senior operations leadership experience

· Current or recent experience in a VP, AVP, Senior Director, or Director-level role

· Strong multi-site, multi-service operational leadership background

· Demonstrated P&L ownership and financial acumen

· Experience in facilities, janitorial, security, parking, transportation, aviation, hospitality, or related service industries

· Proven ability to build structure, systems, accountability, and scalable processes in a growing organization

· Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and business development support skills

· Leadership style that is collaborative, transparent, friendly but firm, and lead-by-example

· Experience in larger or more corporate operating environments is preferred
