CCSWW is looking for an innovative, forward thinking, outside the box candidate to join our organization as the Vice President of Real Estate Development and Housing, who will lead our affordable housing, real estate development, and asset management portfolio. Overseeing our entire portfolio of LIHTC properties, HUD Section 202 housing, HOME and CDBG-funded housing, the Vice President of Real Estate Development and Housing will bring pioneering ideas and new ways of managing our properties and the benefit of both our residents and our organization.

Vice President of Real Estate Development and Housing

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: $220,000.00 per year (D.O.E.) with a competitive benefits package:
