Job description

The Behavioral Health Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the Senior Vice President of Behavioral Health and Senior Administration manage the operational, administrative, and financial functions of behavioral health programs. This role ensures that services are delivered effectively, align with organizational goals, and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
Duties include:
  • Perform administrative functions for SVP which included phone reception, file maintenance, calendar management, supply ordering, purchase order processing, interoffice coordination, word processing and daily niche assignments.
  • Manage special projects for hospital administration, including new facility construction, IT task coordination, procurement initiatives, creation of project-based spreadsheets, hospital space management, event logistics and grant submissions for new behavioral health programs.
  • Provide leadership and operational oversight to administrative support team, including Medical Staff Administration and the Administrative Project Manager.
  • Coordinate internal communications to clarify evolving priorities, strategies, and policy updates.
  • Manage payroll for SVP and senior management staff
  • Preparing correspondence to donors, government agencies, Advisory Council
  • Maintaining minutes from Community Advisory Council meetings

Bachelor's Degree- Preferred
Salary: 75- 90K
