About Nscale

Nscale is the GPU cloud engineered for AI. We provide cost-effective, high-performance infrastructure for AI start-ups and large enterprise customers. Nscale enables AI-focused companies to achieve superior results by reducing the complexity of AI development. Our GPU cloud bolsters technical capabilities and directly supports strategic business outcomes, including cost management, rapid innovation, and environmental responsibility.

We thrive on a culture of relentless innovation, ownership, and accountability, where every team member takes pride in their work and drives it with excellence and urgency. As an Nscaler, you'll build trust through openness and transparency, where everyone is inspired to do their best work. If you join our team, you'll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.

About the Role

Physical AI-encompassing robotics, autonomous cars, uncrewed aerial vehicles, and smart manufacturing-is a massive, specialized growth vector that requires unparalleled compute power for simulation, reinforcement learning, and massive edge-to-cloud data ingestion. You will be the executive commercial owner, chief evangelist, and strategic thought leader for this entire vertical at Nscale.

This is a thrilling zero-to-one challenge where you will act as a "full-stack" VP and player-coach leader. You will define the Total Addressable Market (TAM), craft the specific use-case narratives, personally engage key accounts, and close the foundational anchor tenants that will define our success in this space. As you prove this highly specialized GTM motion and secure early, recurring revenue from leading robotics and autonomous vehicle companies, you will scale the sales machine around you.

What You'll be Doing

- Executive Player-Coach Selling: Act as the tip of the spear. You will personally prospect, engage, negotiate, and close complex, multi-year GPU compute contracts with the earliest, most critical lighthouse customers in this sector.

- Define the Vertical Strategy: Map the entire Physical AI landscape. You will define the highly specific Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and craft the distinct Nscale value proposition for companies building complex autonomous systems, robots, and self-driving cars.
- Product-Market Feedback Loop: Work directly and intimately with Nscale engineering and product teams. You will translate the unique, heavy simulation workloads and latency requirements of roboticists into concrete product requirements, ensuring our clusters meet their exact needs.

- Ecosystem & Partnership Development: Identify and secure strategic partnerships with key robotics frameworks (e.g., ROS), simulation software providers, and autonomous driving platforms to embed Nscale natively into their development lifecycles.

- Industry Evangelism: Establish Nscale as the de facto infrastructure layer for Physical AI by speaking at industry conferences, publishing thought leadership, and building advisory boards with leading AI researchers in robotics and autonomy.

About You

- 12+ years of complex enterprise sales, business development, or GTM leadership, with a successful track record operating at the VP or Sr. Director level specifically within the autonomous vehicle, robotics, or industrial AI sectors.
- A robust, highly active network of C-level executives (CEOs, CTOs) and VP-level engineering/AI leaders within the Physical AI ecosystem. You can get a meeting with top robotics labs and AV companies on day one.
- Immense credibility and technical depth. You can converse comfortably and naturally with top-tier AI researchers about the nuances of simulation workloads, ROS integrations, edge-to-cloud latency constraints, and parallel processing architectures.
- A fiercely entrepreneurial spirit. You seamlessly and happily transition from presenting a high-level strategic vision to the Board of Directors, to drafting your own cold emails to promising robotics startups.
- Patience and persistence for long, highly technical enterprise sales cycles, paired with the urgency to drive foundational revenue.

What We Can Offer You

At Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact. We're building something extraordinary, and we want you at the core.

- Highly competitive package (base + equity) with reviews every 12 months.
- Join the fastest-growing tech startup, your chance to push boundaries, collaborate with brilliant minds, and make your mark on cutting-edge AI.
- Expect a dynamic progression plan tailored to your ambitions. Grow by trying new things, leading, challenging the status quo, and owning your impact, always with our full support.
- Human-First Flexibility: We treat you as humans first. Our flexible workplace trusts Nscalers to deliver, giving you the autonomy to shape your day around life's moments.

Equal Opportunities Statement

At NScale, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace. We believe that a variety of perspectives enriches our work environment, and we encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities. We strongly encourage applications from people of colour, the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, neurodivergent people, parents, carers, and people from lower socio-economic backgrounds.

If there's anything we can do to accommodate your specific situation, please let us know.
