This role leads teams that deliver high-impact, business-critical solutions including performance portals, speed-of-service applications, franchisee systems, and the enterprise dataand reportingplatforms.

WhatYou'llDo

Engineering & Platform Leadership

Lead multiple engineering teams delivering enterprise reporting solutions, operational analytics, and data-driven applications.

Own platforms supporting brand reporting experiences.

Franchisee & Enterprise Access Systems

Oversee engineering for franchisee access platforms, identity, authorization, and secure data accessproviding services and access tocompany developedand 3rdparty applications.

Define the architecture and strategy for enterprise systems

Partner with security and compliance teams to ensureappropriate controlsand governance.

Improve usability and self-service whilemaintainingstrong security posture.

Leadarchitecture, engineeringand operations of restaurantattributesand master data platforms.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across brands and systems.

Enterprise Data Platform

Own thearchitecture,engineering and operations of the enterprise dataplatformwhich isSnowflake.

Ensure reliable ingestion, monitoring, support, and onboarding of new data sources.

Make databroadly availablethrough well-designed APIs, models, and toolsand a strong data governance program.Support consumers of enterprise data that is used for business reporting, financial systemsintegrationand customer operations

Establishstrong data observability, quality monitoring, and support processes.

AI Enablement

Lead engineering efforts to enable responsible, secure use of AI across the enterprisesupporting the brands and corporate functions in adoption of AI and automation techniques and tools.

Provide platforms, tools, and guardrails for AI adoption and automation.

Enable natural language analytics and AI-driven automation

Drive AI Adoption around the organization and within the brands
