We aim to help our clients achieve Working Capital efficiency gains by optimizing their short term liquidity needs and simplifying their Cash Management operations.
We do so by delivering a best-in-class digital solution that helps clients manage their liquidity movements, foreign exchange and payments enabling international treasury operations and commerce.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and commercially driven Vice President (SVP), Liquidity & Account Management Lead to lead our liquidity and deposit product suite in New York. In this high-impact leadership role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, strategic priorities and financial performance (P&L) for our core liquidity offerings, including Demand Deposit Accounts (DDAs), Term Deposits, and Notice Accounts.
As the Head of Liquidity Product, you will ensure our products maintain a robust "license to operate" by proactively managing regulatory compliance, operational risk, and local legal frameworks. You will act as a key bridge between our strategic Liquidity team who build our capabilities and client-facing teams, partnering closely with Coverage to deliver sophisticated, yield-optimized, and regulatory-compliant liquidity solutions to our key target market clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
  • End-to-End Ownership: Help to define the multi-year strategic Liquidity product roadmap ensuring alignment with broader corporate treasury and transaction banking goals.
  • Innovation & Development: Prioritize commercialization of new liquidity features, yield structures, and digital capabilities to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Lifecycle Management: Monitor product health, usage metrics, and client feedback to continuously optimize, simplify, or decommission legacy offerings.

2. Financial & P&L Management
  • P&L Accountability: Drive the financial performance of the liquidity portfolio, optimizing Net Interest Margin (NIM), balance sheet stability, and overall deposit profitability.

3. Regulatory, Compliance & License to Operate
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all liquidity products strictly comply with US federal and state regulations, as well as international standards governing deposit-taking institutions.
  • Risk & Governance: Maintain a robust risk management framework, proactively identifying and mitigating operational, conduct, and market risks associated with deposit portfolios.
  • Audit & Regulatory Engagement: Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal audits, risk committees, and external regulatory reviews concerning the liquidity product suite.

4. Coverage Interface & Client Solutions
  • Sales Enablement: Partner closely with Relationship Managers and Coverage teams to structure bespoke liquidity and yield-enhancement solutions for high-value clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor analyses and market research to identify emerging treasury trends, client pain points, and new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in Transaction Banking, Corporate Treasury, or Liquidity Product Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Product Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of DDA structures, fixed/floating term deposits, notice accounts, sweep products, and yield-curve dynamics.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of US banking regulations (e.g., Basel III, LCR, NSFR, Regulation D) and their impact on corporate deposits.
  • Financial Acumen: Proven track record of managing a product P&L, balance sheet optimization, and complex pricing models.
  • Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams across Coverage, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $125000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
