As Regional Vice President, you will leverage your exceptional leadership in the organization and your community. Lead with integrity, superior business acumen to mentor high-performing teams, drive innovative growth, and deliver strategic results with a pioneering spirit.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):
  • Multi-Department Business Leadership: Lead overall operational, sales, and service success across all dealership business functions-including parts, service, body shop, new/used truck sales, lease, and rental.
  • Talent Leadership & Retention: Partner with HR to recruit, mentor, coach, and retain top-tier managers who can deliver exceptional customer service while driving company goals.
  • Strategic & Financial Decision-Making: Make sound business decisions and manage resources responsibly to ensure the long-term sustainability, growth, and profitability of the organization.
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Foster open communication and maintain strong, productive, and ethical relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, vendors, and local communities.
  • Operational Execution & Process Improvement: Drive company-wide initiatives, ensure high-quality customer service, and continuously identify innovative ways to streamline processes.
  • Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business
