Are you an IT operations leader who thrives on building resilient infrastructure, developing exceptional teams, and driving enterprise-wide transformation?

A growing retail organization is seeking a Vice President of IT Operations to lead the technology powering its stores, distribution centers, and corporate operations.

Reporting to the CIO, you will:

  • Lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, networks, service delivery, and store technology.

  • Modernize operations through automation, observability, and site reliability engineering.

  • Strengthen IT service management, incident response, and operational performance.

  • Build and mentor high-performing teams while managing strategic technology partners.

  • Shape a multiyear technology strategy supporting business growth.
