delivery, and operation of Aderantโ€™s global infrastructure platforms across AWS and Microsoft Azure, supporting both product engineering and customer-facing SaaS environments.The Head of Infrastructure will lead multiple global teams, including Cloud Operations (Sierra and platform operations) and DevOps, bringing together currently distributed capabilities into a unified, scalable operating model.A primary focus of this role will be the evolution and reliability of Aderantโ€™s Sierra cloud environments, which are predominantly single-tenant deployments, alongside enabling consistent infrastructure, deployment, and operational practices across all products.This leader will establish clear ownership across infrastructure, platform services, DevOps, and cloud operationsโ€”driving standardization, reliability, and efficiency while enabling engineering teams to deliver at scale.Key Responsibilities**Infrastructure Strategy & Organizational Leadership*** Define and execute a multi-year infrastructure strategy aligned with Aderantโ€™s product and platform goals.* Lead and integrate global Cloud Operations and DevOps teams into a cohesive Infrastructure organization.* Establish clear ownership boundaries and operating models across Infrastructure, DevOps, and Engineering.* Build and scale high-performing global teams, including senior leaders across Cloud Operations and DevOps.**Cloud Operations & Service Reliability (Sierra Focus)*** Own end-to-end availability, resilience, and performance of all customer-facing SaaS environments.* Drive operational excellence across Sierra single-tenant environments, ensuring consistent, high-quality hosting and uptime.* Standardize monitoring, alerting, and incident management across all platforms.* Lead global incident response, on-call structures, and post-incident review processes.* Ensure disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity capabilities.**DevOps & Engineering Enablement*** Own and evolve DevOps capabilities across the organization, including CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and environment management.* Drive consistency in build, release, and deployment practices across product teams.* Enable engineering teams through self-service infrastructure, automation, and standardized tooling.* Partner with Engineering leadership to improve developer experience, release velocity, and operational accountability.**Infrastructure & Platform Engineering*** Drive standardization of infrastructure provisioning and management through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).* Establish reusable culture of accountability, reliability, and continuous improvement across all infrastructure-related teams.Qualifications* 10+ years of experience across Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, and/or DevOps, with significant leadership responsibility.* Proven experience leading multiple infrastructure-related functions (e.g., Cloud Ops, DevOps, Platform Engineering) in a SaaS organization.* Experience operating large-scale SaaS platforms in cloud environments (AWS and Azure).* Strong understanding of both operational (SRE/Cloud Ops) and engineering (DevOps/platform) disciplines.* Experience managing both single-tenant and multi-tenant SaaS environments is highly desirable.Deep expertise in:* Cloud platforms: AWS and Azure* Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (preferred), CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep* CI/CD and DevOps tooling (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)* Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, ECS/Fargate)* Strong understanding of SRE principles, distributed systems, and high-availability architectures.* Proven ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing global teams, including senior leaders.* Strong operational and organizational leadership skills, with experience managing large-scale environments.* Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.* Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer
