Our prestigious client is a multi channel apparel company and are seeking a dynamic VP of Sales to join their growing team.
Director of Sales - Private Label
In this role you will be responsible for managing the sales operations for the Private Label division of our company. As the Director of Sales, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners
  • Identify opportunities for new business development and market expansion
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify areas of growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of sales plans
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and support
  • Manage sales budgets and forecast sales projections
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and progress

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar sales management role within the private label industry
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in the private label industry
