We are seeking a Vice President of Finance - North America for our Corporate Office in Smyrna, Tennessee.

Summary:

Responsible for overseeing all financial activities across the region, driving financial strategy, performance management, and operational scalability. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and serves as a key strategic partner to executive leadership.

Overall Responsibilities:

Leads and directs the team responsible for gathering and interpreting financial data to assist in corporate financial decisions. Uses data analysis to identify new investment, merger, or acquisition opportunities for the organization. Focus on forecasting funding requirements, structuring financing solutions, and managing risk. Manage the organization's cash portfolio to ensure efficient access to capital while optimizing liquidity. May lead negotiations with principals and others.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
  • Oversee budgeting, variance analysis, EBITDA and Cash performance.
  • Partner with operations to drive cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
  • Ensure compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
  • Provide financial insights and reporting to executive leadership.
  • Drive efficiency by implementing AI tools to reduce / eliminate simple or redundant tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in FP&A, EBITDA management, and operational finance.
  • Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
