I opened my agency in 1984 and currently lead a team of 11. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees from West Virginia University. State Farm has become a family tradition - my daughter is a Sales Leader with State Farm, and I'm also a proud mom, grandmother of two, and active member of my community.
Giving back is incredibly important to me. I'm involved with Rotary, serve as Vice President of the Frederick Mission, which supports individuals overcoming addiction, and participate in a variety of community events throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Kathy Schultze - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
