  • Product Marketing Strategy: Research and define product growth plans addressing customer workflow gaps, competitive solutions, and TAM expansion opportunities to meet both market demands and growth goals
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead the end-to-end strategy for global product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling narratives that differentiate SaaS offerings in competitive markets, translating technical features into clear customer benefits.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with sales and customer success teams to provide high-impact tools, including pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, and training sessions.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep research into customer needs, industry trends, and competitor movements to influence the product roadmap.
  • Product development: Partner with product and technology teams to ensure voice of customers and commercials is used as input in product development
  • Pricing & Packaging: Define and optimize pricing strategies and product packaging to drive adoption, expansion revenue, and customer retention.
  • Product Portfolio Messaging: Build differentiated product portfolio messaging partnering with the marketing team ensuring the value proposition resonates with the right audiences. 
  • Partnerships: Define go-to-market strategies and messaging that leverages partnership and alliances including commercial relationships (resellers, referrals), software, and data partners ensuring messaging and resources (case studies, webinars, co-branded collateral). 
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a talented team of product marketers.
  • Innovation Mindset: Develop commercial and customer oriented ideas for growth marketing strategies with an experimental approach to ideate, iterate and launch. Experienced practitioner of using AI in product marketing processes. 
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing with deep expertise in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing product marketing teams and a passion for building and developing talent
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Proven ability to lead with influence and drive complex projects
  • Strong partnership skills across product management, marketing, and sales leadership
  • Mastery in storytelling, positive communication and building a collaborative culture with product, technology, marketing, sales and CS teams
 Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in Marketing, Marketing Technology, Media, Media Intelligence, Social Listening or Communications  industry

  • Ability to think and execute using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools including Gen AI. 
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot
  • Experience with metrics, analytics, and using data to inform marketing or product strategy.
  • Experience in developing and executing high quality product branding strategy and creative execution
  • Experience in developing growth marketing both in-app and off-app.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, analysis, and people-management skills, as well as impeccable business judgment.
