  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for all taxi operations within the Dulles market
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that support company growth, service excellence, and profitability
  • Lead multiple departments including dispatch, fleet operations, driver services, customer support, and field operations
  • Establish measurable performance goals and monitor key operational metrics

Driver Network & Workforce Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop management teams and operational staff
  • Support recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies for drivers and employees

  • Promote collaboration and communication across all levels of the operation
Fleet Management & Regulatory Compliance
