  • Act as the primary commercial owner during high-stakes negotiations, partnering effectively with legal teams to secure optimal risk mitigation and corporate outcomes.
  1. Relationship & Pipeline Development:
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with institutional energy developers, major utilities, clean tech innovators, and strategic enterprise partners to build a multi-billion-dollar project pipeline
  • Serve as a primary contact capable of building absolute trust and maintaining long-cycle, C-level relationships with stakeholders
  1. Industry Integration

  4. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the rare ability to translate highly technical, novel engineering concepts into clear, value-driven business cases.
  5. Strong understanding of commercial contracts and proven negotiation skills; ability to partner effectively with legal while owning commercial outcomes.
  1. Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English at a level that will permit the employee to understand and communicate information in a manner that will enable the employee to perform the job duties safely and efficiently.
