  • Proactively establishing, expanding, and maintaining a strong network of financial institutions
  • Independently and systematically preparing, managing, and providing property and loan documentation
  • Thoroughly obtaining and carefully analyzing financing indications and term sheets
  • Goal-oriented negotiation and active management of complex financing discussions
  • Precise preparation of meaningful internal decision-making documents and calculations
  • Transparent and transparent documentation of the entire financing process
  • Preparation of clearly structured and persuasive financing memos
  • Reliable monitoring and efficient coordination of reporting obligations and account management
  • Central interface role with close coordination between transaction, development, portfolio management, and controlling
Your profile
  • A successfully completed degree in business administration, finance, real estate, or a related subject
  • Several years of professional experience in finance, ideally with a focus on the real estate industry or the banking sector
