The firm is headquartered in Chicago, Toronto, and London with offices across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.The Asset Manager will oversee an evolving portfolio initially consisting primarily of office buildings and residential apartment communities, with composition evolving as new investments are made and existing assets are sold.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of asset level business plans, working closely with local operating partners and third-party property service providers- Serve as the primary internal point of responsibility at Harrison Street for assigned investments- Provide recommendations on major strategic decisions, quarterly valuations, annual reforecasting, and budgeting- Conduct hold/sell analyses and prepare client reporting- Manage capital markets activities including debt financing and property dispositions- Oversee leasing activities and development/major redevelopment projectsCandidates should possess substantial experience in asset management, capital markets, financial analysis, leasing, and development oversight, along with a strong foundation in real estate investing.
