Job description

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Vice President to provide executive leadership, drive business performance, and support long-term organizational growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with operational leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to build high-performing teams while translating organizational objectives into measurable results.

Position Responsibilities Executive Leadership
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership across key business functions.
  • Establish organizational priorities, objectives, and performance goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term business strategies.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Business Strategy & Growth
  • Identify opportunities to expand revenue, improve profitability, and strengthen market position.
  • Evaluate business trends, competitive conditions, and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and execute initiatives that support sustainable growth.
  • Monitor business performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
Operational Leadership
  • Oversee operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and financial targets.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure resources are appropriately allocated to support organizational priorities.
Financial & Performance Management
  • Partner with finance and leadership teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved profitability.
  • Evaluate investments, initiatives, and strategic decisions based on financial and operational impact.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior leaders and management teams.
  • Build a strong leadership pipeline and support succession planning.
  • Establish clear expectations and performance standards across the organization.
  • Foster an environment that encourages professional development and high performance.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
  • Represent the organization professionally with customers, partners, and other key stakeholders.
Prerequisites
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive progressive leadership experience in a senior executive or vice president-level role.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing business strategies.
  • Strong financial, operational, and commercial understanding.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business judgment and executive presence.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
  • MBA or other advanced business degree.
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant professional certification.
  • Industry-specific leadership or management credentials.
