Job description

Overview

The Vice President of Center Development and Services will work to advance LEARN's mission by working in close collaboration with Operational and Executive leadership. Primary responsibilities include supporting the growth and expansion of the organization into new and existing geographies and delivering on the strategic center development plan. In addition, the VP will manage the existing centers by renewing leases and improving and servicing those locations. They are a key leader in driving new business development, including marketing, community outreach, recruiting, corporate development, and new business development to ensure growth and center ROI.  

Work Location: Remote | Travel: 25-50%

Responsibilities
  • Drive net new center openings consistent with plan and communicate progress with key stakeholders
  • Drive center renewals including necessary improvements to facility infrastructure and maintaining current business licensing requirements
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals to support scalable growth
  • Manage third party resources including real estate brokers, contractors, maintenance and services to provide quality, cost effective support
  • Collaborate with operational leadership and other key business functions to align, communicate and support center growth and development
Qualifications
  • BS required, MA degree preferred
  • 10+ years managing healthcare de novo growth and support
  • ABA experience is preferred
