You will own the full value chain - from product development to customer delivery - while also acting as a key integrator across the business. Over time, you will expand from operational excellence into full P&L thinking, strategic leadership, and company-wide decision-making. This role is ideal for a highly capable operator who wants to evolve into a CEO role in the next 3-5 years.

  • Implementation of best-in-class systems, processes, and KPIs
  • Build scalable infrastructure to support multi-channel growth (Retail, Amazon, DTC)
  • Drive operational efficiency, cost structure improvements, and margin expansion

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the connective tissue across Growth, Sales, Finance, and Marketing
  • Ensure operational capabilities enable innovation and growth strategies
  • Drive alignment between demand generation and supply capabilities
  • Partner closely with the CEO and business leaders.

Strategic & Executive Leadership

  • Participate as a core member of the executive leadership team
  • Translate company strategy into operational execution
  • Contribute to long-term planning, org design, and capital allocation decisions

Team & Culture

  • Build and develop high-performing teams across operations and adjacent functions
  • Establish a culture of accountability, rigor, and continuous improvement
  • Set and maintain high performance standards across the organization
Qualifications

What we're looking for:

Experience & Background

  • 20+ years of experience in CPG, food & beverage, or consumer brands
  • Proven track record leading complex operations and supply chains at scale in the US
  • Experience in omnichannel environments (Retail, DTC, Amazon)
  • Demonstrated success in both stabilizing challenged operations and scaling high-growth businesses
  • Experience working with co-manufacturing and external supplier networks
  • Prior GM, business unit leadership, or P&L exposure strongly preferred

Attributes and Capabilities

  • Strong operator who can move fluidly between strategy and execution
  • High ownership mindset, bias for action and problem solving.
  • Exceptional decision-making under ambiguity
  • Ability to lead through influence across functions (not just direct reports)
  • Talent magnet - able to hire, develop, and retain top-tier leaders
Additional Information

What Success Looks Like (First 12-24 Months)

  • Stabilized and optimized core operations (supply chain cost structures)
  • S&OP and supply chain systems in place
