About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Regional Vice President and Regional Leadership team. This role serves as a key partner in helping drive efficiency, coordination, and execution across a dynamic and fast-paced sales organization. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing executive calendars and travel, coordinating conferences and regional events, preparing reports and presentations, processing expenses and invoices, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, maintaining regional records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. You will play an important role in enabling leadership effectiveness while contributing to a collaborative and service-oriented culture.
What you will be doing:
We are looking for an individual to partner with the RVP (Regional Vice President) with a very busy schedule.
  • Supporting Regional Vice President
  • Planning travel, managing calendar, completing expense reports and coordinating conference calls.
  • Organizing and compiling Excel reports on regional results.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly sales and marketing reporting.
  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable.
  • Completes PowerPoint presentations for the RVP and RDA.
  • Organizes office functions, orders supplies and works on equipment issues for the office staff.
  • Interacting with clients, managers, and advisors via phone and in person.
  • Support the sales process by identifying, troubleshooting and investigating data discrepancies and production issues, and then initiating corrective action as required and following up as necessary.
Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of clerical and administrative support experience required.
  • Prior experience working with senior level management
  • Proven experience successfully managing calendars; ability to modify meetings if necessary in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain outstanding relationships.
  • Outstanding organization, decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Professionalism and confidentiality a must.

This position is based in Corebridge Financial's Atlanta office 2300 Windy Ridge Parkway, Atlanta, GA.
