This position is 100% remote, allowing you to perform your duties from anywhere you feel comfortable and productive. Our intuitive counselor portal provides an all-in-one platform for managing client appointments, maintaining your caseload, and delivering therapy, ensuring a seamless workflow.

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, providing an ethical and compassionate therapeutic environment for clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet each client's unique needs, facilitating effective and individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and implementing strategies to help clients establish healthy coping mechanisms.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions, experiences, and relationships, fostering personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Document all counseling sessions accurately in line with best practices and organizational standards for quality control and regulatory compliance.

Our client population encompasses a variety of age groups, backgrounds, and presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. As a counselor at Everside Counseling Center, you will have the opportunity to work with clients who seek the guidance of a mental health professional to overcome personal obstacles and improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• The ability to work independently without supervision, demonstrating excellent clinical judgment.
• Provisional and experienced counselors are encouraged to apply, highlighting your license and state in your application.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine capacity to empathize and connect with clients.
• Proficient in using digital tools and technologies, enabling effective remote therapy sessions.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a remote counseling setting or those who have used telehealth platforms successfully will be particularly well-suited for this role. Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with a variety of counseling theories and techniques will also be beneficial.
