JOB SUMMARY
This high profile position plans and manages labor analytics, decision support and cost accounting activities for Vanderbilt Health. The Vice-President of Finance will be responsible for developing and maintaining labor analytics, cost accounting systems, providing internal controls and reconciliation processes necessary to maintain integrity and consistency of system data for these activities, and supporting standard and ad hoc reporting to support operational and executive leadership in staffing, program, product line, and procedural analysis. This critical position will be charged with supporting and facilitating continuous improvement in our clinical service areas
