Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead and accelerate our growth within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. This executive leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, expanding market share, building high-performing teams, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a strong track record of scaling businesses, entering new markets, and creating a culture of accountability and performance. This individual will have experience selling complex solutions into industrial and manufacturing environments and possess the leadership capability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with aggressive growth objectives and overall business goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organization capable of achieving ambitious revenue targets.
