Complete Care is seeking an accomplished and results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead our growing Wisconsin portfolio of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. This executive leadership role is responsible for providing strategic oversight, operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes across a region of 13 facilities.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned long-term care leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing high-performing teams, and has a proven track record of improving operational and clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities of Vice President of Operations:
  • Provide operational leadership and strategic direction for 13 skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout Wisconsin.
  • Partner with Licensed Nursing Home Administrators and regional leadership teams to drive occupancy growth, financial performance, quality measures, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor facility performance through key operational, clinical, financial, and regulatory metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care operations.
  • Support administrators in achieving survey readiness and maintaining strong regulatory outcomes.
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve census, labor management, reimbursement performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture focused on resident-centered care, accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with clinical, human resources, finance, reimbursement, and business development teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop facility leadership teams.
  • Conduct regular facility visits and provide hands-on operational support when needed.

Qualifications for Vice President of Operations:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Active Nursing Home Administrator license in WI required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of multi-site healthcare operations leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success overseeing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state survey processes, reimbursement systems, and quality measures.
  • Proven ability to improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and quality outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout Wisconsin.
