This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.

As the Vice President, Client Reporting and Communication, you will play a pivotal role in this transformation, demonstrating technology, automation, and process innovation to improve the client experience, operational efficiency at scale, and business insight. Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day run of Client Reporting, ensuring operational consistency, accountability, and effective execution across regions and teams.

  • Guide the direction and delivery of the transformation process related to Client Reporting. Define how client reports are generated, distributed, and employed to boost client experience, scalability, and business understanding.

  • Define and lead a comprehensive multi-year change roadmap across reporting processes, platforms, data, and operating models, aligning priorities with firm strategy and evolving client expectations.

  • Partner with senior leaders across Client Experience, Product, Investment, Client Operations, Technology, and Client Data to modernize reporting capabilities through automation, workflow redesign, and digital enablement.

  • Promote the adoption of technology and process advancements to decrease manual tasks, boost speed and accuracy, and offer more dynamic, insightful, and scalable reporting solutions.

  • Establish governance, performance indicators, and oversight structures to ensure reporting quality, consistency, risk oversight, and continuous improvement across the reporting ecosystem.

  • Translate client, business, and operational needs into strategic reporting capabilities, ensuring solutions balance usability, efficiency, scalability, and regulatory or policy requirements.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop managers and senior team members, building an organization that adopts innovation, accountability, collaboration, and a high standard of client service.

  • Cultivate a culture of continuous transformation by identifying emerging opportunities in reporting technology, automation and analytics to keep the function forward-looking and competitive.

Qualifications
  • A BA/BS or equivalent background is required. An advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Significant professional experience in client reporting, investment operations, client experience, transformation, or a related role in financial services or asset management is also preferred.

  • Shown success leading large-scale initiatives, including process redesign, technology implementation, automation, and operating model evolution.

  • Proven ability to lead through influence across senior collaborators and cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed environment.

  • Strong grasp of the processes involved in client reporting, data dependencies, service delivery, and the potential to advance outcomes through digital tools and workflow automation.

  • Strong critical thinking and execution skills, with the ability to connect long-term vision to measurable business outcomes and implementation plans.

  • Confirmed people leadership experience, including developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and driving engagement through periods of change.

  • Good judgment, integrity, and a methodical approach to governance, risk management, and control frameworks.

Base Salary Range
$160,000.00 - $190,000.00

This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
