W2 Salary Range: $180K-$220K Base + Bonus As a strategic technology leader, this role is responsible for defining and executing the technology vision for the organization's mortgage platform ecosystem. The Vice President of Data Management will lead a team of technology professionals, drive digital transformation initiatives, modernize enterprise data architecture, and partner closely with business stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
