Overview

The Vice President of Marketing at Next Step is responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy, brand development, and customer engagement initiatives. This executive will oversee all digital and traditional marketing efforts, ensure consistent brand messaging, and drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. The VP of Marketing will work closely with the President, CEO, and other executive team members to execute innovative campaigns that align with Next Step's futuristic, AI-driven brand identity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Lead branding and creative direction to maintain a cohesive and futuristic brand identity.
  • Manage the development and execution of advertising campaigns, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
  • Work closely with the product and technology teams to integrate AI-driven marketing solutions and customer personalization.
  • Oversee public relations (PR) and media strategies to position Next Step as an innovative leader in AI-powered retail.
  • Develop and oversee customer loyalty programs and engagement strategies to increase repeat business.
