Position Pays: $150,000k- $180,000k DOE
  • Salary commensurate with skill set, experience, and competency in operational leadership roles.
  • The position is bonus-eligible, up to 25% annually, based on individual and company performance.

Job Overview: This position leads, develops, and motivates a team of Branch Account Managers to achieve sales targets while maintaining strong, service-focused client relationships across an assigned territory. The Vice President of Branch Accounts drives sales strategy by setting aligned goals and overseeing annual rate increases in a results-oriented culture that supports growth and high client satisfaction. This function reports to the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at the Corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of service-centric Branch Account Managers, ensuring they meet individual and team targets, while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Development of sales goals and targets that align with organizational sales initiatives and growth strategies, establishing a unified approach within the assigned geographic territory.
  • Oversee the implementation of the company's annual rate increase project. Ensure all sales teams have applied the appropriate increase per customer service agreements, made appropriate notifications to the customer base, and communicated with customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate on sales presentations and proposal generation for potential new clients, customizing offerings based on client needs and company capabilities.
  • Act as a liaison between Branch Accounts and other internal stakeholders to guarantee alignment of client needs, business opportunities, and service execution.
  • Track sales metrics for Branch Account Management to ensure company goals are met and to identify areas of improvement.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, progress, successes, and challenges.
  • Recommend and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and drive team success.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-oriented team culture focused on achieving sales objectives, product knowledge, and maintaining high client satisfaction, which enhances team performance.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
  • Other directives as assigned.

Primary Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of senior-level Sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales management.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align sales initiatives with business goals.
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis related to sales goals.
  • Proven track record of driving successful sales strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, strategies, and tactics.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, partners, and team members.
