What You\'ll Do

As a VP, Sales, you will play a critical role in Exotec\'s continued growth across North America by leading the pursuit and execution of our most strategic warehouse automation opportunities.

Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, navigate highly complex sales cycles, and help shape the future of warehouse automation for some of the world\'s largest brands.

  • Own and drive Exotec\'s largest and most strategic sales opportunities from initial engagement through contract signature.
  • Develop and execute account strategies focused on enterprise clients and large-scale automation initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor throughout the client journey.
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and solution presentations with senior client decision-makers.
  • Coordinate internal resources, including Sales Engineering, Engineering, Operations, and Project teams, to deliver compelling client solutions.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, business units, and executive decision-makers.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within strategic accounts and target markets.
  • Represent Exotec at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and executive networking engagements.
  • Act as a market ambassador by contributing thought leadership and helping strengthen Exotec\'s position within the warehouse automation industry.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving client needs.

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience within warehouse automation, robotics, material handling, intralogistics, or systems integration.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse automation, material handling, intralogistics, or related industrial technology markets.
  • Proven success selling large-scale, multi-million-dollar automation solutions to enterprise and Fortune 500 clients.
  • Demonstrated experience managing long sales cycles involving executive stakeholders and complex, multi-functional decision-making teams.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
  • Proven track record of developing strategic accounts and generating substantial new business opportunities.
  • Experience representing an organization at conferences, industry events, customer forums, or executive-level engagements.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to support client engagements, industry events, and internal collaboration.
  • Nice to have: Recognized thought leader within the warehouse automation, material handling, or supply chain technology industry; international business experience or global account management experience.
