Senior Vice President Enterprise Applications - Community First Credit Union (Jacksonville, FL)

The SVP is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, and performance of enterprise application platforms, including core banking, batch processing, application lifecycle management, integration, and automation. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the role ensures delivery of stable, scalable, and secure systems that support business growth, operational efficiency, and a consistent member experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Direct application management and platform modernization.
  • Align technology with organizational objectives through effective governance, integration, and automation.
  • Serve as executive owner of application performance, reliability, and value delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as the Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise applications within a credit union or banking environment.
