We are seeking a VP Asia Pacific to provide executive leadership across the Asia Pacific region, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and business performance. This role is responsible for developing regional strategies, strengthening customer relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of business objectives while aligning with the organization's global vision.

Position Responsibilities Regional Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute regional business strategies that support long-term organizational growth.
  • Lead and oversee operations across the Asia Pacific region to achieve financial and operational objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction to regional leadership teams and promote a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop plans to expand business presence across the region.
Business Development
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to develop market expansion strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to guide strategic decisions.
Operational Excellence
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives across regional operations.
  • Ensure consistency in business processes, performance standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support supply chain, manufacturing, and operational planning efforts where applicable.
  • Oversee resource allocation to maximize productivity and profitability.
Financial Management
  • Develop and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Optimize resource utilization while maintaining profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Present business performance updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional leadership teams.
  • Foster collaboration across Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other business functions.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and talent development programs.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, diversity, and continuous improvement.
Prerequisites
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive executive leadership experience managing regional or international business operations.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams across multiple countries or markets.
  • Strong strategic planning, financial management, and business development experience.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as business needs require.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Executive Leadership Certification
  • International Business or Global Management Certification
