  • Active and unrestricted LMHC licensure in the state of Washington is a must.
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation, providing hands-on exposure to treatment methodologies.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and listening skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues alike.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in working with a diverse client demographic and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is a plus, allowing for smooth integration into our practiceโ€™s workflows.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package reflects your expertise and dedication; you can expect an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 based on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits suite including medical, vision, and dental insurance along with supplemental options, a 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions, malpractice insurance, and a supportive Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
