Your Role: Branch Manager I
As a Branch Manager I, you will lead a collaborative, high‑performing team in delivering the Vibe Experience at your branch location. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a positive, inclusive environment that prioritizes member satisfaction and teamwork. You will also serve as a community ambassador—building local partnerships, driving sales performance, and promoting Vibe’s mission throughout the community.​

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the Branch Team: Foster a collaborative, values‑driven culture where employees feel supported, informed, and motivated to deliver exceptional service.
  • Strengthen Community Presence: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with local schools, organizations, and businesses to enhance visibility and drive new member growth.
  • Drive Branch Performance: Monitor key metrics, coach team members toward achieving goals, and implement strategies to improve sales, service, and operational results.
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth, secure, and compliant branch operations, including adherence to NCUA and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion the Member Experience: Engage with members to understand their needs, provide meaningful financial solutions, and strengthen long‑term relationships.
  • Support Community Outreach: Recommend and support initiatives that align with Vibe’s mission, enhancing community engagement and business development.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education is a plus.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a financial

  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing a team, creating a culture of high
    performance, and supporting career growth and development.
