Job description

Driving for a living means different things to different people. For some it's the freedom. For others it's the paycheck. This position delivers both — structured enough to build a life around, open enough to let you run your miles your way.

Income Potential:

  • Mileage compensation starts at $0.56 and tops out at $0.64 CPM
  • Drivers averaging their available hours gross $1,300 to $1,500 weekly
  • Weekly mileage falls between 2,000 and 2,400 depending on freight flow
  • Safety compliance earns additional cash rewards on top of base mileage
  • Paycheck hits your account every week via direct deposit
  • Orientation days are paid — you start earning before you ever touch a truck

Freight Details:

  • Dry van commodities moving through a defined regional footprint
  • No touch policy across all loads — hands stay on the wheel, not the freight
  • Drop & hook makes up the majority of stops — minimal wait time at facilities
  • Live appointments mixed in for select customer accounts
  • Assigned Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680 — yours and nobody else's

Your Week:

  • Regional lanes keep you within a predictable geographic corridor
  • 2,000 to 2,400 miles available every week — freight network is stable year-round
  • Home for your 34-hour restart on a weekly cycle
  • Drivers chasing bigger paychecks can voluntarily stay out longer
  • Dispatch builds your load plan around your hours — not the other way around

New To The Industry:

  • CDL-A in hand is all you need to get started
  • Four to five weeks riding with a seasoned driver — paid the entire time
  • You'll cover pre-trip procedures, hours of service compliance, and customer etiquette
  • Clock out of training, clock into your own truck — no waiting period
  • Training rate is never less than your orientation rate

Benefits & Perks:

  • Health insurance covering medical, dental, and vision
  • Retirement plan with employer matching
  • Vacation time that builds with every month you work
  • Life insurance and AD&D coverage at zero cost to you
  • Eligible drivers can bring a passenger or a pet

To Be Considered:

  • Class A CDL required — no exceptions
  • Open to recent graduates and drivers with up to 6 months experience
  • DOT physical and drug test required before first dispatch
  • MVR must show a clean record over the past 3 years
  • No DUI or DWI convictions within the last 3 years
  • Felony-free within the past 5 years

Spots in the next orientation are going fast — apply now to lock yours in.
