Job description

We are seeking a Senior Project Designer/Director to lead the execution of multiple projects from concept through completion via design leadership, strong communication and active independent and collaborative engagement. Interested applicants must have a top- tier design aesthetic and the ability to effectively mentor and guide project teams.
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:
  • Strong design skills and a passion for creativity
  • Strong organizational skills to timely maintain project milestones and deliverables throughout the life of the project
  • A high degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness
  • Ability to lead projects in multiple phases of development
  • Experience from Concept through Construction Administration
  • Ability to skillfully work alongside internal and external collaborators
  • Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative work environment
  • Ability to establish critical path milestones and deliverable schedules

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience
Bachelor of Architecture degree or Master's of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university
Experience with REVIT, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Bluebeam
Licensed Architect preferred
