Job description

Department: Innovation

Employment Type: Contract / Temp

Location: Noë & Associates New York

Description

Noë & Associates is a brand, design and content consultancy with offices in London, New York, and Dubai. We focus on excellence and authentic, intelligent storytelling, specialising in destinations, architecture, hospitality and the premium brands that inhabit these places.

We're looking for a VFX Producer to run the delivery side of our visual content pipeline - a mix of traditional CGI/VFX production and generative AI workflows - for luxury real estate, hospitality, architecture, and design clients. This is first and foremost a digital content producer role: you'll be producing work that's built in post, through 3D/VFX and generative AI pipelines, rather than running live-action shoots. On-set, live-action production experience is a genuine bonus, but it's not what we're prioritising - pipeline-side production experience is.

You’ll sit between creative and client, keeping ambitious, high-craft work on schedule, on budget, and on brief. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and vendor/freelancer relationships across projects, and work closely with art directors, 3D artists, generative AI specialists, and architects to make sure the right resourcing and process is in place to hit a luxury delivery standard. Reports to the Head of Production, working cross-functionally with the innovation, design, and architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end production scheduling and budgeting across concurrent CGI/VFX and AI-generated content projects
  • Scope projects from brief through delivery, translating creative and client requirements into realistic timelines, resourcing plans, and cost estimates
  • Coordinate in-house artists, generative AI specialists, and external vendors/freelancers, keeping every workstream aligned and on track
  • Act as the day-to-day client contact for production status, managing expectations and flagging risks early
  • Track and report on project budgets, identifying and resolving scope creep or cost overruns
  • Manage asset delivery, review cycles, and file/version control across traditional and AI production pipelines
  • Stay current on production tools and generative AI capabilities well enough to plan realistic pipelines and timelines around them
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Solid experience producing CGI, VFX, or 3D visualization work - i.e. digital/post content production, not on-set line producing - ideally for architecture, real estate, hospitality, or luxury brand clients
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, budgets, and schedules under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable managing both in-house teams and external vendors/freelancers
  • Strong client-facing communication skills - confident owning status updates, timelines, and difficult conversations
  • Working knowledge of CGI/VFX pipelines and tools (e.g. render pipelines, review/approval workflows, asset management)
  • Familiarity with, or strong interest in, generative AI image and video tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, Flux) and how they change production planning
  • Sharp eye for design, photography, and architecture, and an instinct for what "luxury standard" looks like
  • Live-action, on-set production or line-producing experience
  • Direct experience producing generative AI content pipelines alongside traditional VFX
  • Background in architecture, interior design, or real estate visualization
  • Familiarity with ComfyUI-based or similar pipeline tooling
  • Experience producing for luxury brand, hospitality, or real estate clients specifically
