Job Title: C&Q (Commissioning & Qualification) Node Lead
Location: Lebanon, IN / Huntsville, AL

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Leader with 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience supporting large-scale greenfield or brownfield capital projects. The ideal candidate will lead C&Q execution, manage project teams, coordinate commissioning/startup activities, and serve as the primary client-facing contact for project delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Pharmaceutical Commissioning & Qualification experience
  • Experience on large capital projects (Greenfield/Brownfield)
  • Strong leadership experience managing large teams (100+ personnel)
  • Expertise in Commissioning, Qualification, Startup, and Validation activities
  • Experience working in construction and manufacturing environments
  • Ability to work onsite and coordinate cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

  • Lead C&Q execution activities across the project lifecycle
  • Act as primary contact for the C&Q Program Lead
  • Develop C&Q plans, schedules, and execution strategies
  • Coordinate FAT, SAT, Commissioning, Qualification, and Startup activities
  • Oversee pre-commissioning activities including:
    • Utilities readiness
    • Calibration
    • Automation downloads
    • VFD setup
    • Consumables installation
  • Manage LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), utility demand, and wastewater coordination
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues and report to leadership
