Client Service Representative

Busy Veterinary Hospital -- General Practice, Emergency, Grooming, Daycare & Lodging

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building relationships with people, and enjoy being part of a fun, supportive team? We are looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing veterinary hospital.

As first and last impression for our clients, you will play a critical role in creating an exceptional experience for pets and their families. If you're someone who enjoys connecting with people, multitasking, and helping a team succeed, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
  • Create a welcoming, positive, and compassionate experience for every visitor
  • Answer multi-line phones and manage appointment scheduling
  • Assist clients with questions regarding services, medications, and hospital policies
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records
  • Coordinate appointments for General Practice, Emergency, Grooming, and Pet Services
  • Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, groomers, and lodging staff
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Support hospital operations during busy and high-pressure situations
  • Help foster a positive, collaborative, and fun workplace culture
