Introduction
Our client is a hospital looking to hire a full-time Medical Director. Providing high-quality veterinary care for cats and dogs, the hospital has earned an excellent 4.8-star Google rating through its commitment to exceptional patient care and client service. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to lead a progressive practice while continuing to provide exceptional clinical care within a collaborative environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role encompasses the full scope of Medical Director responsibilities, combining clinical leadership with the delivery of high-quality veterinary care. You will lead by example while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and client service, supporting the continued success of the hospital and fostering a positive clinical culture. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will provide preventative, medical, and surgical care for cats and dogs, perform comprehensive physical examinations, diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions, develop treatment plans, perform routine surgical procedures, and build lasting relationships with clients through clear communication and compassionate care. You will work collaboratively with the veterinary team to promote clinical excellence and support the ongoing development of the hospital. The role offers flexible scheduling. This opportunity is suited to an experienced veterinarian.

Practice Details
The practice provides the full scope of General Practice services alongside Orthopedics and Urgent Care. The hospital is equipped with, but not limited to, Digital Radiography, Digital Dental Radiography, a Tonopen, and Ultrasound, supporting advanced diagnostics and patient care. Facilities include a modern hospital with surgical and dental suites, comprehensive treatment areas, and state-of-the-art equipment. The practice is AAHA-accredited, reflecting its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of veterinary medicine. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays.

You will be joining a team of 4 DVMs, supported by a passionate and highly experienced team of certified technicians, veterinary assistants, and client service representatives. The hospital prides itself on fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where teamwork and communication are central to daily operations.
