About the Role

Veeam, following its acquisition ofSecuritiAI - the leader in AI-powered data security posture management (DSPM) - is seeking aRegionalField Marketing Manager to drive growth in this innovative business.

The Senior Field Marketing Manager will own the regional field marketing strategy for US Central & East, drivingpip eline for the combinedSecuritiAI + Veeam security and data management offering. This is a senior, execution-and-strategy hybrid role:you'llset the regional plan,oversee end-to-end executionand be the primary point of coordination between Sales, Channel andextendedglobal and regionalmarketingteams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the regional field marketing plan and budget for US Central & East aligned to Sales pipeline targets.
  • Partner with regional Sales leadership to translate territory priorities and target accounts into marketing programs.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across ABM, field events, executive programs, trade shows, and webinars that position the combinedSecuritiAI + Veeam value proposition.
  • Develop joint marketing initiatives with GSIs, regional integrators, VARs, and cloud partners active in the region.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, BDRs, Channels, Alliances, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Success, Communications, and subject matter experts.
  • Report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI against the targets above; adjust regional investment mix quarterly based on results.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or partner marketing, ideally in enterprise security, cloud, or data management.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a regional or segment budget.
  • Experience running MDF or co-op fund programs, including compliance and ROI reporting - not just awareness of the concept.
  • Track recordof measurable pipeline contribution
  • Strong stakeholder management with senior Sales leaders and cross-functional peers, in a multi-brand or post-acquisition environment.
  • Experience marketing through a merger, acquisition, or brand-integration period.
  • Customer advocacy program experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation Transparency

Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.

In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
