Position Summary

Salary: $105,000+ (Dependent on Experience) + Performance-Based Bonus

Muller Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive the continued success of our privately owned hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain top veterinary talent to maintain a fully staffed, engaged, and high-performing team.
  • Client Relations: Enhance the client experience through strong communication strategies, service excellence, and retention initiatives.
  • Financial & Operational Oversight: Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, financial planning, and profitability strategies.
  • Vendor & Inventory Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing and inventory control.
  • Facility & Equipment Oversight: Ensure a safe, well-maintained hospital environment, including IT systems and medical equipment.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with the leadership team to develop long-term goals for practice growth and innovation.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in team management, HR functions, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong background in financial oversight, client service strategies, and staff retention.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a veterinary, medical, or other business setting (CVPM certification a plus).
