Job description

Bailey Veterinary Clinic, located in Roseburg, Oregon is a mixed animal, full-service and urgent care veterinary clinic looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team!
While our ideal candidate has prior veterinary experience, we are open to training those with a strong background in customer service / hospitality. Our veterinary receptionists have a vital role in supporting the day-to-day clinic operations and we have an amazing team to support your future growth and development.
Some of the responsibilities for this role:
  • Client service and communication
  • Welcoming and discharging patients
  • Managing multi-line phones
  • Setting up new clients and patients
  • Over the counter sales and financial transactions
  • General front desk duties
  • General hospital cleaning

Schedule, benefits and compensation:
This is a full-time position with 10-hour shifts, and an expected 30-40 hours scheduled per week. We are open 7 days a week with extended urgent care hours in the evenings. This position is expected to include some weekend and evening shifts, which include scheduling up to 11pm. Swing shift coverage includes a generous shift differential.
  • Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00/hour, based on experience
  • $1.00 shift differential for swing shifts
