As a Client Care Representative, you are the first connection to careโ€”the reassuring voice that helps families feel supported, informed, and confident they've come to the right place. This is more than a traditional reception or call center position. You serve as an advocate for pets and their families, helping clients navigate specialty and emergency services with compassion, efficiency, and professionalism. How you'll make a difference

  • Serve as the first point of contact for pet owners, creating a welcoming and supportive experience from the very first conversation
  • Guide clients to the appropriate specialty or emergency services based on their pet's needs;
  • Schedule consultations, coordinate admissions and discharges, and ensure a smooth client experience throughout their visit
  • Help families understand available services and care options while reducing barriers to access
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records, process payments, and support hospital operations through timely documentation
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for every client; and contribute to a culture where exceptional service, teamwork, and compassion are the standard.

  • Option 1
    • Sunday 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday 7:00am - 5:00pm, Tuesday 9:00am - 7:00pm, Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm
  • Option 2
    • Monday 12:00pm - 10:00pm, Thursday through Saturday 2:00pm - 12:00am
  • Option 3
    • Sunday 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday 9:00am - 7:00pm, Tuesday 10:00am - 8:00pm, Wednesday 10:00am - 8:00pm

Salary

  • $18.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience
  • $2.00/hr weekend differential
