Job description


  • Execute the Veterinary Business Unit strategy and achieve business objectives and KPIs by delivering account-specific sales goals

  • Identify clinic opportunities and leverage sales data

  • Grow relevance, access to clinics, and veterinary recommendation within the assigned geography

  • Translate knowledge of products, categories, customers, and clinic data into business opportunities

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan based on clinic operational needs

  • Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers

  • Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven presentations for veterinary staff

  • Collaborate with account teams, Digital Sales, Inside Accounts, Scientific Affairs, and other stakeholders

  • Execute the Veterinary Business Unit sales strategy

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with the Line Manager and adjust strategies, tactics, and investments

  • Manage expense and sales budgets

  • Complete CRM call reports, expense reports, and presentations accurately and on time


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

  • 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B

  • Veterinary clinic experience preferred

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written)

  • Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record

  • Overnight travel required, occasional weekends for conferences; approximately 20-30%+ travel

  • Must live within the territory

  • Mars does not sponsor visas for this role

  • This position is not eligible for relocation benefits
