Veteran Security professionals are individuals, often with prior military service, who work in the security industry. They leverage the discipline, training, and situational awareness gained from their military background to protect people, property, or information. Their roles can include physical security, cybersecurity, risk assessment, or security consulting. Employers often value their leadership skills, reliability, and experience in high-pressure situations. These professionals may work in private businesses, government agencies, or as contractors.

Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control technology, and possibly security certifications like CPP (Certified Protection Professional) are typically required. Excellent communication, decision-making under pressure, and integrity are standout soft skills in this position. These abilities are crucial for ensuring the safety of people and property, effectively managing incidents, and maintaining trust in high-stakes environments.
