About the Position: This position is with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, Programs and Project Management Division, Program Management Branch located in Rock Island, IL. Up to 25% of this position's duties involve supervisory responsibilities.Qualifications:

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience for the GS-14:One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes developing schedules for major program/projects which require budget planning, design, construction execution, manpower needs, establishing timelines, and encompassing corporate goals and objectives; overseeing all phases of major program/projects to assure integration and consistence of quality; effectively communicating project information with stakeholders and other various agencies; providing leadership and guidance to project managers and other technical support personnel.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).Education:This job does not have an education qualification requirement.Employment Type: OTHER
